A highway billboard can be a very effective way to reach individuals who never hear God's Word and only see the inside of a church at weddings or funerals.
"The Word of God is quick and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart" (Hebrews 4:12). An electronic highway billboard provides a wonderful opportunity for the Holy Spirit to speak to believers and nonbelievers and draw those individuals closer to God.
